The Job Preference Inventory focuses on work related attitudes and task preferences and produces a profile graph for each individual job applicant. This method rules out many unsuitable candidates on a number of pre-determined criteria.
Q-50 this is a work behaviour and attitude assessment delivered on a one to one interview basis. It produces a profile leading to accurate person to job fit. Detailed staff training and supervision are required to use this technique. The instrument is normed and adapted to an individual company’s culture.
The majority of our tests and instruments have been validated on samples of several hundred cases. The normative data for our tests are, in many cases. based on several thousand applicants going through assessment situations. We believe in “in-house” norms where possible and service includes free test data accumulation for this purpose.
