Psychometrica International was set up in 1993 in University College Cork under the joint College/I.D.A. enterprise scheme. The company is run as a separate entity by Dr. Murray Porteous.
Psychometrica designs job-related assessment systems and carries our R and D in psychometric testing to meet the needs of its client companies.

Our tests are developed on local samples and in Irish companies.
We are continuously updating our test database and are engaged in on-going research on the utility and effectiveness of our methods.
The company provides a service which is greatly valued by its clients. We employ only graduates in psychology and do not use widely available “off the shelf” tests from publishing companies.
